Rods are the main body of a staff. They play an important role in managing the flow of mana, while also providing structural strength and ergonomics to ease the casting process. The following pages will discuss the different properties of materials, and their effect on the final product.

Lightweight and sturdy, offer good ergonomics but little in the way of the management of mana.

Arcane properties ease the flow of mana compared to raw iron. High compatibility with mana, and easily able to absorb excess energies.

One of the two Noble Stones, possesses a good internal mana flow.
