Water Magic

Water is a complex element, focussing on the conjuration and careful, precise control of matter. Indeed, water is a malleable substance with many properties. Practitioners often find water to be the element best suited for creating complex spells, patterns and constructs, but of course, this requires a hefty amount of computation.
vec, vec, num$() → Pops a number for power, followed by a vector for direction and a vector for origin. Shoots a projectile at power-value blocks per tick. Deals damage equal to the product of 1.75 times speed, with a cap of 40 damage.
Mana cost: 5 + pow^1.6
vec, vec, num$() → Pops a number for power, followed by a vector for direction and a vector for origin. Shoots a wide, short-lived water construct that slices through any target in its path, dealing damage equal to its power, capped at 20.
Mana cost: 10 + 1.4 * pow^1.6

vec, num$() → Pops a number representing power, and a vector representing position. Extinguishes all fire, from open flames to campfires, and heals all entities within a range through the restorative essence of water.
Radius = 2 + 0.3 * pow, capped at 5 blocks.Healing = pow, capped at 15 health.
Mana cost: 15 + 2.5 * pow^1.7
vec, vec, num, quote$() → result$() Pops a number describing power, followed by a vector describing direction and a vector describing origin. Shoots a projectile that deals damage equivalent to the given power value, with a cap of 20 damage.
The water ball also pushes an entity species representing itself, allowing casters to fully control its trajectory, and use the species to anchor other effects.
The projectile calls the given quote upon impact, ending the spell once this quote is run, regardless of any instructions remaining on the cursorium.
Mana cost: 20 + 1.5 * pow^1.5
